The supply of goods by Apex Cartridge LTD shall be subject to and conditional upon acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
At Apex Cartridge LTD we understand the value of privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide a quick and convenient service to you in the future. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988).
All prices quoted by Apex Cartridge LTD are subject to alteration without notice unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing to the seller.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavor to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Item(s) supplied by Apex Cartridge LTD may not be packaged as advertised.
Product descriptions are correct at the time of printing. However, these may change without notice after publication and any subsequent change is regretted in advance.
Apex Cartridge LTD accepts no liability for any loss, damages or expenses arising from the late delivery of goods by the seller, its agents or its agents’ carriers due to any cause whatsoever. Any delivery time or date for despatch or delivery date which the seller may specify is accordingly an estimate only and thus should not be relied upon. The seller will however, seek to achieve delivery dates specified as far as it is within its power to do so.
Unused and Unopened products may be returned for a full refund, minus postage cost, unless returned at buyers expense. All good must be returned within 30 days sealed and in its original packaging.
If the product is faulty Apex Cartridge LTD must be notified within 30 days of goods being received by the buyer.
Apex Cartridge LTD is unable to accept the return without the customer receiving prior consent. Before returning the cartridge/s you must request and obtain a returns authorisation number. You can do this by contacting us on the email address: email@example.com or by calling on 020 3435 0192
Please include your order number in the subject of the email, along with an explanation of why the product is being returned.
Products must be returned by the customer at their own expense and with reordered delivery. Apex Cartridge LTD will not be held responsible for loss of goods during transit when being returned by the customer.
All returned products are tested by both Apex Cartridge and our suppliers, if no faults are found or it is felt that the cartridge has been used, no refund or replacement will be offered. Goods will only be returned once postage payment has been received from the customer.
